Between the quick one-liners and movie quotes, Mario adds just the right amount of personality to keep things professional and enjoyable. And don’t worry—he’s focused on smart risk management, not being the “fun police.”

Outside the office, Mario is all about family and the outdoors. As a proud girl dad to twin daughters, he’s usually out biking, camping, grilling, golfing, or paddleboarding—anything that gets them outside and off screens. He also coaches their little league baseball team, bringing the same energy and enthusiasm he does to work.
